Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we proudly offer worldwide shipping to ensure that customers everywhere can enjoy our products.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations after this window. If you still wish to return your item, you can do so once it’s delivered, and you’ll receive a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

We strive to process orders quickly! Orders are processed 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, Monday through Friday (we do not process orders on weekends). Please note that during peak seasons (holidays and sales), processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped the following day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and international shipping times, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. We appreciate your patience!

The prices on our website are displayed tax-free in CAN Dollars. However, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. If you paid by credit/debit card, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend contacting your card-issuing bank, as processing times may vary.
